The Central Board of Secondary Education will enable the facility for correction in JEE main 2017 application from January 25 to February 3, 2017, on their official website www.jeemain.nic.in.
The registered candidates can edit their details and or make corrections in the application form of JEE Main 2017. However, candidates are not allowed to change the mode of exam from computer-based to pen and paper-based mode.
JEE Main 2017 corrections Candidates are required to pay an additional fee of through credit/debit card/E-wallet (SBI buddy/ Paytm) or through e-challan generated during the online correction by cash in the Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank from January 25 to February 4, 2017.
The correction in particulars for JEE main exam is a one-time facility given by CBSE for the convenience of candidates. Therefore, candidates are advised to edit the details very carefully as no further chance will be given for correction in particulars for JEE main 2017.
CBSE has extended the last date to apply for JEE main to January 16 and the last date to pay the application fee is January 17, 2017. Earlier, CBSE had also made the Aadhaar Card mandatory for JEE main 2017. However, Aadhaar card is not required by the candidates from states of Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu & Kashmir.
